EGGNOG CHERRY NUT LOAF 
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 1/4 c. dairy eggnog
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries

In mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix egg, eggnog and oil. Stir into dry ingredients, mixing well. Fold in nuts and cherries. Turn into 2 greased 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes or until done. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on rack. Makes 2 loaves.
