EASY CHOCOLATE ICING
1/4 lb. butter 1/2 c. cocoa 1 lb. or 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar 3 oz. hot water Blend thoroughly in mixing bowl, the butter, cocoa, 1/2 of the sugar and 2 ounces hot water. Add remaining sugar and hot water. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
