TOMATO BACON GOULASH | |
1 to 2 cans tomato soup 1 lb. bacon (cut in approximately 1/2 inch strips) 2 c. elbow noodles Fry bacon until almost done (not quite hard). At the same time boil noodles. Drain all except approximate 1 tablespoon of oil off bacon. Drain noodles but don't rinse. (Cools them down too much.) Put noodles back in pan, add bacon and mix in tomato soup (don't add any water) to desired consistency. Season to taste. Keep warm until served. Serves 3 to 4 folks. |
