EASY MOUND CAKE 
2 c. sour cream
2 c. sugar
24 oz. coconut (frozen)
1 pkg. Devils Food cake mix

Combine sour cream and sugar in bowl. Mix well. Stir in coconut. Chill overnight.

Prepare and bake cake as directed. (This can be made into a 9 x 13 inch cake or 2 layers.) Cool cake completely. Split cake into layers with a large knife. This will make 2 layers if making a 9 x 13 inch or 4 layers if using regular cake pans. Turn layers cake side up and spread with coconut mixture. Ice sides of cake with Cool Whip.
