1 box devils food cake mix

Mix and bake in 3 layers and cool.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
15 lg. marshmallows
1 lg. pkg. coconut

Mix sugar, milk and marshmallows. Bring to a boil and add coconut. Cook until marshmallows melt. Spread between layers.

ICING:

Mix all together.

2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. chocolate
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil 1 minute, take off heat. Beat until thick and smooth. Cover top and sides of cake.
