MOUNDS BAR CAKE 
1 chocolate cake mix (DRY!)
1 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs
1 c. water

Blend on low speed until moist, then medium for 2 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

FILLING:

Prepare 5 minutes before cake is done baking. 14 oz. bag coconut 1 c. sugar 1 c. milk

Mix and heat until melted. Spread on hot cake.

TOP LAYER:

1/2 c. milk
5 tbsp. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. sugar

Bring to a boil the sugar, milk and butter for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Spread over cake while hot and let cake cool.
