CHEDDAR POTATOES 
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c. onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 lbs. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes. Mix the following ingredients (except corn flakes) together; add to potatoes. Place in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with crushed cornflakes and bake another 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 10-12.
