8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. green pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. dill
1 tbsp. instant chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 oz. chopped, chipped beef

Mix cream cheese and milk; add onion, pepper, black pepper, and beef. Mix together; mix in sour cream. Spoon into shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with pumpernickel sticks for dipping or in hollowed out loaf of pumpernickel bread for dipping.
