CAVIAR RED POTATOES | |
12 small new potatoes 3 c. boiling water 3/4 c. sour cream 3 tsp. black caviar, drained 3 tsp. yellow caviar, drained Cook new potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes, drain and chill. Slice potatoes crosswise into 1/4" slices. Put slices on serving tray. Top each slice with dab of sour cream and a dab of caviar. Chill and serve. |
