PORK CHOPS--RED POTATOES 
4 to 6 pork chops
6 potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. tomato soup
Milk or water to dilute

In a Dutch oven or heavy casserole, sear chops on both sides. Pare and slice potatoes. Chop onions. Pour tomato soup in bottom of pan, just to cover. Layer sliced potatoes alternately with onions. Place chops on top. Pour remaining soup over them. Set oven at 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour; test potatoes. Remove cover last 10 minutes so chops will crisp.
