EASY CHICKEN BAKE 
1 whole cut-up chicken
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk

Place chicken in an ungreased deep casserole dish. Mix rest of ingredients in a large mixing bowl or in a blender. Pour over chicken and bake until chicken is done (about 1 to 1 1/2 hours) at 350 degrees. Serve with mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
