EASY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 whole fryer (cut up and skin removed)
1 box salt
1 tsp. pepper

Wash chicken parts, sprinkle on pepper. Pour box of salt into baking pan (I use a large cast iron frying pan). Lay chicken on top of salt. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown at 350 degrees (chicken will not be salty).
