SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
SAUCE:

1 (64 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer all day. (Can use a crock pot.)

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef (lean)
1 egg
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients. Make 1-2 inch meatballs. Cook in olive oil until brown and thoroughly cooked. Add to sauce and simmer 3-4 hours. Serve over spaghetti noodles.
