MEATBALLS FOR SPAGHETTI 
3/4 lb. ground beef, lean
1/4 lb. ground pork, or use all beef
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. minced parsley or dried parsley
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix ingredients and shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. As you make them, drop into boiling sauce. No need to brown but you must use lean beef.
