SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
1 med. chopped onion
1 med. bell pepper
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 sm. cans tomato paste
1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 sm. clove garlic
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
5-6 slices white stale bread

Cook first 2 ingredients in small amount of water. Add tomatoes, paste, while simmering, soak bread in water. Squeezing out water, with other ingredients, make meatballs.

Fry meatballs in hot oil, enough to seal. Add to hot sauce and simmer for 45 minutes. May need to add more sauce. Cook spaghetti by directions on package. Serve with garlic bread. Good!
