GYPSY CHICKEN 
About 12 chicken thighs
Smokes or Italian sausage
Ham seasoning chunks
Chopped onion
Chopped pepper
Salt, pepper, thyme, parsley, and basil
4 chopped plum tomatoes
1/4 c. olive oil
2 chicken bouillon cubes
4 c. water
2 c. rice

Brown chicken and sausage. Remove from skillet. Saute onion, pepper, and tomatoes. Add rice; cook until clear. Add water, bouillon cube, seasonings, and meats. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
