CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
8 chicken breasts or 14 thighs
2 cans cream chicken soup (Campbells)
3/4 c. (Kraft) mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Bread crumbs (I use Italian flavor by Progresso)
1 tsp. butter

Grease 13"x9" pan. Cook broccoli. Boil chicken. Cut in pieces and remove bones. Place broccoli in pan. Add chicken pieces. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and 1/2 of cheese. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and dot with butter. I put small pieces all over the top which usually amounts to more than the 1 teaspoon called for. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until hot through.
