SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
About 8 slices white bread
Melted butter
1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 c. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook sausage; drain on paper towels. Spread both sides of decrusted bread with butter. Cut into cubes. Place in 9x13x2 inch pan; sprinkle with sausage, and top with cheese.

Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over mixture. Chill at least 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, uncovered. Makes about 12 squares.

Great for a busy day with overnight guests.
