TUNA SALAD 
2 cans white tuna
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 c. thinly sliced celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. curry powder
1 c. chow mein noodles

Combine peas, celery and tuna. Refrigerate until later. Combine mayonnaise, lemon and curry; add to tuna mix. Add noodles at last minute. Sprinkle with nuts if desired. Serve on lettuce garnished with tomato slices and cucumbers.
