| THE WORLD'S BEST PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES | |

2 sticks butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups peanut butter 2 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla extract Mix butter, sugar and peanut butter together. Add eggs, flour, baking soda and vanilla extract. Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 3 dozen cookies Submitted by: William III. | |

Really good, rolled mine into balls and rolled into sugar then marked with fork to make the criss/cross marks. Only thing I'll do differently next time is use crunchy peanut butter. This cookie was delicious and chewy right out of oven. Bake until just golden brown on edges and then move to wire rack to cool. Made at least 4 dozen cookies. Those that don't like this recipe I wonder what they did differently... 5 stars!
