HENRICE COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 handful raisins & pecans

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add lemon juice and rind. Add flour mixture and milk alternately. Butter pan and sprinkle lightly with granulated sugar. Sprinkle with part of pecans. Add the rest of pecans and raisins to batter and pour into tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
