SPICY MEATBALLS 
1 stick pepperoni
3 lbs. ground chuck
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. dried onion
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Mix all ingredients except meats until well blended, grind pepperoni, and add it and ground chuck to wet mixture. Mix just until blended, shape into balls and place on baking pan.

Bake for 30 minutes at 375°F. Add to tomato sauce and continue cooking in gravy for additional 30 minutes.

Note: If unable to grind pepperoni, you can substitute hot Italian sausage in mix, just remove casings and mix together.
