SAUSAGE BALLS 
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 1/2 c. Bisquick, sifted
1 lb. sausage, room temperature

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes four dozen (can be frozen uncooked for later use).
