SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. sausage
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick

Mix all ingredients together. Make into small balls.

Bake on cookie sheet at 425°F for about 18 minutes. These can be frozen and reheated.

Note: Placing the combined ingredients in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds makes it easier to shape into balls.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
