GREEN BEAN SALAD 
1 lb. fresh green beans, cooked and cooled, or 16 oz. can of green
beans
2 tbsp. olive or salad oil
1 red tomato, chopped in small bits
Salt
Pepper
1 onion, chopped

Mix oil, salt, and pepper in bowl with green beans, chopped tomato and onion to taste. Chill and serve. Also may use red wine vinegar with this recipe.
