GREEN BEAN MEDLEY SALAD | |
1 tbsp. butter 2 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano 10 1/2 oz. pkg. frozen cut green beans 8 oz. can stewed tomatoes 1/4 tsp. salt Preheat skillet or sauce pan over medium low heat for 2 minutes. Melt butter. Saute mushrooms with oregano for 2 minutes. Add green beans, tomatoes and salt. Cover and increase heat to medium. When steam escapes from cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Makes 4 to 5 servings. |
