SHRIMP GREEN BEAN SALAD 
6 stalks celery
1-2 bunches green onions
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. green beans
2-4 cans East Point shrimp bay or fresh frozen
1 clove garlic
1 lg. or 2 sm. cherry tomatoes
Lettuce (opt.)

DRESSING: Add enough (bottled) ReaLemon juice to about 1/2 cup mayonnaise to cover and mix to fine cream thickness.

1. Cook green beans a dente then cool.

2. Cook vegetables fine.

3. Clean and rinse shrimp gently, drain on paper towels.

4. Mix ingredients by layering, leave some shrimp for topping.

5. Add dressing and mix.

6. Salt and pepper to taste.
