12 slices bacon
6 English muffins, split
1 c. Italian pizza sauce
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Oregano
Salad oil

Cut bacon slices into thirds and fry over medium heat turning until crisp. Spread the cut sides of each muffin with approximately 2 tablespoons sauce. Top each muffin with 3 pieces bacon and mozzarella cheese. Dust with oregano and drizzle each pizza with about 3 or 4 drops of salad oil. Broil until the sandwiches are heated and cheese is melted. Makes 12 small pizzas.
