CAFE JAMOCHA 
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c. water
3 c. strong coffee
1/2-1 c. coffee liqueur
Grated chocolate (optional)
3 tbsp. sugar
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed

In large saucepan stir together cocoa, sugar and dash of salt. Gradually stir in water. Bring mixture to boiling, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Stir in milk; heat just to boiling, stirring occasionally, but do not boil. Remove from heat; stir in hot coffee and vanilla. Divide coffee mixture among 8 mugs. Add 1-2 tablespoons liqueur to each mug. Stir. Add a dollop of whipped topping and grated chocolate. 8 servings.
