CAFE LAS PALOMAS 
Peel from 4 oranges
15 cloves
3 cinnamon sticks
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 pt. whiskey
8 c. strong coffee
1 qt. Kahlua
Vanilla ice cream

Combine orange peel, spices and sugar in skillet. Heat, stirring constantly until sugar is melted. Add whiskey and flambe' for about 1 minute. Strain; pour into larger pan with coffee and Kahlua. Heat to just boiling. Fill cups 2/3 full; add ice cream to each cup and serve immediately. Serves approximately 20.
