POKE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs

TOPPING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind

Blend together cake mix, lemon Jello, water, oil and eggs until well blended. Pour into ungreased 13x9 cake pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

While cake is baking, make topping. After cake is removed from the oven and still hot, poke holes in the top with a fork. Spoon topping over the cake. Cool completely.
