MOM'S TACO PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. cold water
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. can refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
1/2 head lettuce, shredded

Mix biscuit mix, cornmeal, and water until soft dough forms. Pat dough with greased hands into greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Brown hamburger and drain. Mix refried beans, 1/2 can of water and taco seasoning together. Spread 1/2 of bean sauce over cooked pizza crust. (Freeze remaining half of sauce for use on a future pizza.) Top with cooked meat and then about 3/4 of the cheese. Cook 10 more minutes. Top with lettuce, onion, tomato, and remaining cheese. Serve with taco sauce and black olives and jalapeno peppers, etc.
