CHEF'S SALAD 
1 lg. head lettuce, chilled
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 sliced cucumber
1/2 lb. cooked ham, salami or chicken
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 tomato, sliced into wedges
1/2 c. French dressing
Cheese strips

Break lettuce into bowl. Add remaining vegetables. Toss well with dressing. Cut ham into strips. Top lettuce mixture with meat strips, cheese strips and eggs.
