CHEF SALAD SANDWICH 
4 slices dark rye bread, toasted
2 tsp. butter
1 pkg. wafer sliced ham and turkey
4 slices Swiss cheese
2 hard cooked eggs
8 black olives and cherry tomatoes
4 sweet pickles
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onion

Blend dressing until well mixed. Top each slice of bread with butter and a lettuce leaf. Spread 2 tablespoons dressing over lettuce. Top with ham and turkey and Swiss cheese cut into strips. Then place 2 quarters hard cooked egg on each sandwich, 2 olives, 2 tomatoes halved and 1 pickle halved lengthwise. Top with bacon. Add 1 tablespoon more dressing on top. Eat this sandwich with fork and knife!
