RICE - HAM CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. cooked asparagus or broccoli
2 c. cooked rice
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. (or more) diced cooked ham
1 c. sharp cheese
1 can chicken, celery or mushroom soup
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Buttered crumbs, croutons or 2 slices of bread, crumbled

Combine all ingredients except crumbs. Cover top of mixture with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
