SPINACH - ARTICHOKE BAKE 
3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 can artichokes
Dash pepper
1/2 lb. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. milk

Squeeze spinach dry. Place with artichokes in 8 x 10 baking dish. Whip cream cheese with mayonnaise and milk. Place cream cheese over spinach; sprinkle Romano or Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
