DELICIOUS APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. finely chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter in large mixing bowl; add sugar gradually, until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, soda, and baking powder, and salt. Add alternately with sour cream to egg mixture. Mix well. Fold in apples. Spread batter in to 13 x 9 pan. Combine brown sugar, nuts, and butter and cinnamon. Mix well and sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until cake tests done.
