CAPTAINS COUNTRY CHICKEN | |
8 to 10 chicken breasts 2 medium onions, chopped 2 green peppers, chopped 1 qt. tomatoes 2 buttons garlic, chopped 3 tsp. curry powder 2 tsp. thyme Roll chicken in mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown in oil. Remove to roaster. Add onions, pepper and garlic. Cook slowly until tender. Add tomatoes, curry powder and thyme. Heat thoroughly. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour. |
