THE NEXT BEST THING TO ROBERT
REDFORD
 
CRUST:

1 c. sifted flour
1 stick melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix above ingredients and spread on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool for 1/2 hour.

BOTTOM LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/2 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix above ingredients together and spread over cooled crust.

MIDDLE LAYER:

2 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together and spread over previous layer.

TOP LAYER:

Add remaining half of whipped topping over the middle layer. Grate a Hershey bar and sprinkle over the top. Miniature chocolate chips can be substituted.

TIP: If using the Hershey bar, it grates easier when frozen.

NOTE: For a refreshing change, use instant lemon pudding instead of chocolate.
