SHRIMP NEWBERG 
1 lb. cooked shrimp
2 tbsp. butter
1 3/4 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream
3 tbsp. ketchup
3/4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Salt & pepper
Cayenne
2 tbsp. sherry

Melt butter, stir in flour until blended. Slowly stir in cream, cook and stir until thickened. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Add the shrimp. Stir until well heated. Season with salt and pepper and a few grains cayenne. Immediately before serving add 2 tablespoons sherry. Serve the shrimp over rice.
