SAUTEED SHRIMP, LOUISIANA STYLE 
1 lb. uncooked shrimp
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 clove minced garlic
3 tbsp. butter
Lemon juice

Clean, peel shrimp, and remove tails. Dry on paper towel. Heat butter over low heat. Add parsley, shrimp and garlic. Saute for 4 minutes on one side, turn and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Season with salt, if desired.

Place shrimp on hot platter, and pour remaining sauce over them. Sprinkle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley. 2 servings.
