FANNIE MAY FUDGE 
GROUP I:

4 c. sugar
1 c. whole milk
1 c. real butter

GROUP II:

1 tsp. vanilla
25 lg. marshmallows

GROUP III:

13 oz. milk chocolate chips
2 oz. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. nuts (opt.)

Mix Group I and bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes; turn off heat. Add Group II; stir until melted. Add Group III one at a time, stirring until each is melted. Add nuts if desired. Pour into greased 12"x16x1" pan. Cool to room temperature and cut.
