FANNIE MAE FUDGE 
1/2 c. butter
3 1/8 c. sugar
1 1/8 c. brown sugar
32 lg. marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 - 2 c. nuts (chopped)
(a) 11 oz. Hershey milk chocolate
(b) 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
(c) 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Combine butter, sugar and milk in large bowl. Put in a large pan under low heat and stir until dissolved. Stir a few more times until it comes to a boil - 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and stir until dissolved.

Add chocolate: A B C (in that order) one at a time until melted. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 10x13 pan. Makes 15 pounds plus 6-8 ounce. Let cool overnight.
