POTATO CASSEROLE 
8-10 pre-cooked potatoes, peeled
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
2 tbsp. melted butter

Grate potatoes. Heat 1/4 cup butter and soup; blend with sour cream and green onions. Crush corn flakes; add butter and top casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
