3 c. cooked spinach, chopped
1 3/4 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt
Paprika

Beat egg whites and fold in the above. Bake 1/2 hour in a mold with center out. Fill center with Harvard beets.
