STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices bread, cubed
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, cubed
1 dozen eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. maple syrup

Put 1/2 of cubed bread in a greased casserole, add cubed cheese. Mix eggs, milk and syrup together. Put the rest of the bread on top of the cheese. Pour egg mixture over the top of the bread. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit slices.

Serves 8.
