CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
5 oz. (4 c.) med. egg noodles, uncooked
1 c. (12 oz.) corned beef
1 c. mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (6 oz.) c. Carnation evaporated milk
1 c. drained peas
1 c. diced or shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion

Cook noodles; drain. Add other ingredients. Top with 1/2 cup cornflakes, 1 teaspoon parsley flakes, and 1 tablespoon butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
