1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli. drained
1 (6 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 chopped onion
4 eggs
1 stick melted butter

Mix well. Grease iron skillet. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
