4 chicken breasts, or 8-10 legs or thighs, SKINNED and uncooked 1 c. uncooked oatmeal 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/3 c. milk 1/2 c. melted butter Blend all dry ingredients together and place in shallow dish. Place milk in another shallow dish. Dip chicken pieces in oatmeal mix, then in milk, then in oatmeal mix again. Place in baking dish and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. |
