CRANBERRY SALAD | |
1 lb. fresh cranberries 3 med. apples 10 lg. marshmallows 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1 c. whipping cream, whipped Chop cranberries, apples and marshmallows in food processor. Then add chopped pecans and sugar; allow to stand 1/2 hour in the refrigerator. Add the chopped celery and whipped cream an fold together. This salad may be poured into a mold and frozen, but we prefer in just refrigerated. Serves 10-12. |
